Requisitos : Responsible for billing and follow- Up ofaccounts according to documented procedures. Includes but is notlimited to following up on claim status, billing and re- Illing ofclaims, credit balance resolution, denial management, following upon aging accounts, and maintaining up to date account information.

Actividades a realizar : - Monitors claim status and records insystem daily for commercial insurance billing. - Ensures timelycollection of outstanding A / R and perform a variety of clerical andaccounting functions to resolve billing issues of submitted claims- Reviews EOBs, assists in verifying patient coverage if needed,and assists with patient billing inquiries through a billing queue- Conducts outbound calls to insurance companies and / or patients toreconcile account issues and outstanding account balances -Facilitates and initiates appeals to insurance companies for higherpayments and other appeals as needed.

• Handles correspondence frompayers to ensure all information required for claim processing isprovided. - Reviews and resolves credit balances or unassignedmoney remaining on an account.
• Provides customer service andfollow through on account questions. - Assists with specialprojects as needed. - Other duties as assigned.
